 The apartment is located on 14th floor, in number 1989 Huascar Street; corner number 731 San Felipe Avenue in Jesús María neighbourhood. It has 65 square metres: a living and dinning-room with a balcony with beautiful views to San Felipe Avenue, a kitchen, a sun-lounge, a toilet and a bathroom; this one is inside the double-room that also has a dressing-room. There is a single room with a bunk bed, a built-in wardrobe and a chair and a carrycot for the baby. The apartment is fully furnished, bed linen included, it doesn’t need almost anything. The building is provided with 3 lifts, a swimming-pool for children, a play park, Internet facilities, a gym and a laundry. At the top of the building there is a panoramic swimming-pool, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue area. The building has security service 24 hours a day.

Ask for the cleaning service (additional charge).

The apartment is only rented for holidays or short stays due to job.

 

PRICES

300 Dollars per week including all the charges.

 

Minimum stays: ONE WEEK.

 

PAYMENT:

•         20 % to make the reservation.

•         The rest when you receive the keys.

•       Deposit: It depends on the stay. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay when you give back the keys.
